1. A photocopy of an ID or a passport.
   
2. A photocopy of an invoice with the name and address of the client.
3. Non US Residents must also complete a W-8BEN Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding Form.

In order to be able to withdraw funds from your account you must fill out a funds withdrawal form and send it to Forex.com.
